At QUE BAG, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer a smooth return and exchange process under the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
- The item is not a final sale or customized product (e.g., personalized items).
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [your email] or use the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Follow the instructions to ship the item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
3. Return Shipping
- If returning for reasons other than a defect or mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all related costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
5. Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above.
- Once your return is confirmed, place a new order for the preferred item.
- This ensures faster processing and product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items used, worn, or damaged after receipt
7. Gift Returns
Received QUE BAG as a gift? Contact us with the gift receipt or order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged.
8. International Orders
International customers may return items using the same process, with the following notes:
- Return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and currency (subject to exchange rate variations).
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Please include clear photos and your order number. We’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.
